🛠️ My Digital Toolbox: Where Productivity Meets Obsession 🛠️

Sorry this might just be a me thing, but there’s nothing more satisfying than finding that one tool that makes you feel like you’ve got your life (and work) together. Over the years, I’ve collected a small army of apps, platforms, and gadgets that keep me sane, save time, and—let’s be honest—make me look like I know what I’m doing.

But here’s the thing: I don’t just use tools; I fall in love with them, get mildly obsessed, and then evangelize them to anyone who’ll listen. (You’ve been warned.)

From photo books that turn my chaos into keepsakes to CRMs that make me feel like a marketing wizard, here’s the lineup that keeps my life running like a semi-well-oiled machine.

Ready to geek out with me? Let’s dive in!

My Fave Tools Right Now (and Why They’re Game-Changers):

  1. Journi Print For photo books that look pro without the stress.

    • This app makes creating photo books ridiculously easy. It’s fast, intuitive, and the quality is stunning. Perfect for documenting your adventures without spending hours curating.

  2. Canva Graphic design for non-designers (and designers who want it quick).

    • From social media posts to presentations, Canva is my go-to for anything visual. The templates are a lifesaver, and the ability to collaborate in real time is 🔥.

  3. FigJam Collaborative brainstorming, but make it fun.

    • Think of FigJam as a digital whiteboard on steroids. Whether it’s planning a project or mapping ideas, it’s the tool I whip out for team sessions that need structure and creativity.

  4. Wix Building websites without breaking a sweat.

    • If you want a beautiful, functional site in hours, Wix is the way. It’s user-friendly, flexible, and perfect for people who don’t want to dive deep into code.

  5. Go High Level My latest addiction for marketing automation.

    • Move over Webflow—I’m hooked on Go High Level for its all-in-one CRM, email, and marketing funnel capabilities. It’s a powerhouse that saves me time and keeps everything in one place.

  6. Webflow Because perfectionists need options.

    • Still a fave when I want total control over every pixel. Webflow is unbeatable for creating custom, high-performing websites that scream “I’m a pro.”

  7. Coding My Own GPTsThe ultimate flex in productivity.

    • Whether I’m building a niche assistant or automating workflows, coding custom GPTs is like having a personal assistant who always knows what I need. (Plus, it’s just fun to say you coded one.)

  8. Notion Where my brain lives.

    • From tracking goals to running projects, Notion is my hub for everything. It’s infinitely customizable, which is both its superpower and the reason I spend hours tweaking it.

  9. ZapierThe duct tape of the internet.

    • If two apps don’t play nice, Zapier steps in to automate the boring stuff. Need Instagram posts to trigger Slack updates? Done.

  10. LoomWhen writing takes too long.

Loom is my go-to for quick video explanations. It’s fast, easy to share, and ideal for giving feedback or explaining something without hopping on another Zoom.

  11. ChatGPT (obviously)

    Because why solve problems alone?

Whether brainstorming ideas or drafting content, ChatGPT is like having a genius co-pilot. And when you customize it? Game over.

  12. Figma

For the design nerd in me.

When I need precision and collaboration, Figma is unbeatable. It’s sleek, intuitive, and perfect for UI/UX work—or just flexing design chops.

These tools keep me productive, creative, and (mostly) sane.

Which ones are you using, and what’s your favorite hidden gem? Let me know!
